2. Acceptance of These Terms

By enrolling on any programme, making payment to us, accessing our online learning materials, booking an examination, or taking part in any voluntary work experience arranged by us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. Our Services

We offer structured career development programmes which may include:

  • online remote training;
  • online learning materials and digital content;
  • examination access;
  • voluntary work experience placements;
  • career-related support and guidance.

Our standard programme structure is as follows:

  • Four (4) weeks of online remote training, comprising approximately 100 hours of study;
  • An examination, which must be successfully completed before progressing further;
  • Approximately three (3) months of voluntary work experience, subject to successful completion of the training and examination stages.

4. Programme Structure

4.1 All programmes are delivered in stages and must be completed in sequence.

4.2 You must successfully complete the required training and pass the required examination before you are eligible to proceed to the voluntary work experience stage.

4.3 Enrolment on a programme does not mean immediate access to a work placement.

4.4 The voluntary work experience stage is conditional upon:

  • successful completion of the training stage;
  • successful completion of the examination stage;
  • compliance with these Terms;
  • satisfactory conduct and professionalism;
  • availability of placement opportunities.

4.5 We reserve the right to amend the structure, order, timing, or delivery method of any programme where reasonably necessary, provided the overall nature of the programme remains materially the same.

5. Nature of the Training and Work Experience

5.1 The training is provided remotely and online.

5.2 The work experience stage is voluntary and is intended to provide practical experience and exposure in a professional environment.

5.3 Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, the work experience placement is:

  • unpaid;
  • voluntary;
  • for experience purposes only;
  • not a contract of employment;
  • not a guarantee of future employment.

5.4 Work experience may be remote, hybrid, or in-person depending on availability and the requirements of the placement host.

5.5 We do not guarantee that any work experience placement will be with a specific employer, in a specific location, or commence on a specific date.

6. Examinations

6.1 Each candidate is entitled to one standard examination opportunity at no additional cost.

6.2 The standard free examination may be subject to a waiting list and available dates may be limited.

6.3 Candidates who wish to take a fast-track examination may do so subject to availability and payment of a £95 examination fee.

6.4 Payment of the fast-track examination fee only secures an earlier examination opportunity where available. It does not guarantee a pass result.

6.5 Candidates must follow all examination rules, instructions, deadlines, and conduct requirements.

6.6 Any cheating, plagiarism, dishonesty, impersonation, misuse of materials, or breach of examination rules may result in:

  • cancellation of the examination;
  • termination from the programme;
  • loss of fees paid;
  • refusal of progression to work experience.

6.7 If you fail an examination, any further examination opportunities shall be offered at our discretion and may be subject to additional fees and availability.

7. Eligibility for Work Experience

7.1 Progression to the voluntary work experience stage is not automatic on enrolment.

7.2 You will only be considered for progression once you have:

  • completed the required training;
  • passed the required examination;
  • provided any documents, references, identification, or information we request;
  • demonstrated suitable conduct and professionalism.

7.3 Start dates for voluntary work experience depend on operational scheduling, third-party host availability, and capacity.

7.4 We may delay, rearrange, substitute, or withdraw a work experience opportunity where necessary for operational, safeguarding, compliance, or third-party reasons.

8. Candidate Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • provide accurate and complete information at all times;
  • engage with the training in good faith;
  • complete required study within the relevant timeframe;
  • behave professionally and respectfully towards our team, tutors, assessors, hosts, and other candidates;
  • comply with all instructions relating to training, examinations, systems, and placements;
  • maintain confidentiality in relation to any employer, host, client, or business information you may encounter;
  • not copy, share, reproduce, sell, or distribute our training materials without written consent.

9. Fees and Payment

9.1 Programme fees, deposits, instalments, and any applicable examination fees will be confirmed to you during the enrolment process.

9.2 All fees must be paid in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.

9.3 If you fail to make payment on time, we reserve the right to:

  • suspend access to training materials;
  • withhold examination booking;
  • delay or refuse progression to work experience;
  • cancel your enrolment;
  • recover outstanding sums.

9.4 Any fees paid for fast-track examinations are non-refundable except where we are unable to provide the fast-track examination service at all.

10. Cooling-Off Period and Distance Selling

10.1 Where you enter into a contract with us at a distance, you may have the right to cancel within 14 days from the date the contract is formed, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

10.2 During this 14-day cooling-off period, you may cancel and receive a refund provided that you have not accessed any digital content, online training platform, learning materials, portal, or other digital product supplied by us.

10.3 By accessing the digital training content, online platform, or any digital materials during the cooling-off period, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • the digital content has begun to be supplied;
  • your right to cancel and receive a refund in respect of that digital content is lost;
  • no refund will be due once access has been granted and used.

10.4 For the avoidance of doubt, access includes, but is not limited to:

  • logging into the training platform;
  • opening course modules;
  • viewing lessons, videos, downloads, or assessments;
  • using any digital materials or programme portal.

11. Cancellation by You

11.1 If you wish to cancel your enrolment after the 14-day cooling-off period, or after accessing the digital product, you must notify us in writing.

11.2 If cancellation is accepted after the cooling-off period or after access to digital content has been provided, a cancellation fee of £245 will apply.

11.3 Where the digital product has been accessed, refunds are not available.

11.4 If you cancel after training has started, after an examination has been booked, or after progression arrangements have begun, we reserve the right to retain all sums paid and recover any outstanding balance due under the agreement, subject to applicable law.

12. Cancellation by Us

12.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your enrolment, without refund, where:

  • you breach these Terms;
  • you fail to make required payments;
  • you engage in abusive, dishonest, threatening, discriminatory, or unprofessional behaviour;
  • you commit examination misconduct;
  • you provide false or misleading information;
  • your continued participation presents a compliance, legal, safeguarding, or reputational risk.

12.2 We may also withdraw, reschedule, or amend programmes where reasonably necessary for operational reasons, staff availability, third-party provider changes, technical issues, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

13. No Guarantee of Employment or Outcomes

13.1 We provide training and access to voluntary work experience opportunities to support career development.

13.2 We do not guarantee:

  • employment;
  • job offers;
  • interviews;
  • salary outcomes;
  • a particular employer or host;
  • a specific placement date;
  • a specific business sector outcome.

13.3 Your success depends on multiple factors including your performance, attendance, conduct, commitment, market conditions, and third-party decisions.

14. Intellectual Property

14.1 All training materials, course content, documents, videos, assessments, branding, systems, and digital content supplied by us remain our property or the property of our licensors.

14.2 You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the materials for your personal learning only.

14.3 You must not reproduce, copy, record, distribute, publish, sell, share, or exploit any part of our materials without our prior written consent.

15. Data Protection and Privacy

15.1 We process personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection law and our Privacy Policy.

15.2 You agree that we may use your information for the purposes of:

  • administering your enrolment;
  • delivering training;

  • assessing eligibility for work experience;
  • communicating with placement hosts or relevant third parties where necessary.

15.3 You confirm that all information you provide to us is accurate and up to date.

16. Third-Party Providers

16.1 Some elements of our services may involve third-party training systems, assessors, examination providers, recruitment contacts, or work experience hosts.

16.2 We are not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, policies, schedules, systems, or decisions of third parties, except to the extent required by law.

16.3 We do not accept liability for third-party delays, cancellations, technical failures, placement changes, or host decisions outside our reasonable control.

17. Limitation of Liability
